Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Backbone Ops collects when you visit this site or contact us, why we collect it, and what happens with it. Plain language, no dark patterns.
What we collect
- Contact form: the name, email, business or website (optional), and message you submit.
- Bookings: if you schedule a call, the information you enter in Calendly (name, email, and any answers to booking questions).
- Analytics: aggregated usage data from Google Analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, referrer). We do not use analytics to identify individual visitors.
Services we use
We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this site. Their handling of any data you provide is governed by their own policies:
- Formspree — processes contact-form submissions. Formspree privacy policy
- Google Analytics — measures site usage in aggregate. Google privacy policy
- Calendly — handles call scheduling. Calendly privacy policy
Why we collect it
Contact and booking information is used to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. Analytics is used to understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site. That's the whole list.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it to build profiles about you across the web.
